Just a quick note to thank you for all of your help. I wasn't sure about how to deal with the two mirrors meeting at the inside corner. Even though there was no deterioration of the vertical edges, I used your suggestion to treat them as two separate mirrors, and it was the perfect solution. It's a stunning look, adding even more beauty.
I came this close to not ordering the mirror strips, because I didn't know how to treat the inside corner & didn't want it to look amateurish. My two other choices were to either replace both mirrors, or have the lower edges cut off each one, and I think either option might have been more expensive than doing the mirror strips.
I am planning to sell my home, and one of the mirrors was losing silver pretty badly ~ not a pretty look ~ and now it looks so beautiful that I keep walking by to steal a look. It looks like something you see in magazines.
Because the look is such a treat for sore eyes, I've decided to do two other mirrors, even though they're not losing silver, and I will be placing another order though Home Depot.
I appreciate your quick responses to my e mail; you helped so much, and I thank you again.

Mirredge Product Review on Home Depot.com
"The acrylic mirror strip installation kit is the perfect way to enhance a plain mirror and hide the imperfections that occur around the mirror's edge after years of use. This economical "fix" adds a classy finish with ease of application. Applied easily in a few minutes! I loved the way it transformed a plain, aging mirror into a classy new attraction in my bathroom. I plan on purchasing 2 more kits shortly for my next bathroom I remodel in which I have 2 mirrors that need sprucing up! The acrylic strips score and snap easily and if you follow the instructions completely, you will wind up with a fabulous new mirror! I am 100% satisfied!!!!

"I and my husband first saw this product in sky mall brochure for Southwest Airlines last year. We visited one of the Home Depot stores around our area. We bought the product and saved our aging mirror that had become an embarrassing fixiture in our beautiful bathroom!! It made quite a dramatic difference. It totally changed our bathroom and it is easy to install. TRY IT!!"

Making a Difference
The mirror strips were easy to install. What a difference they made! They allowed me to eliminate the aging edges of a large mirror while giving the bathroom a new look. Blest1 for NY
